This is one of my very favorite pictures --- the youngest and the oldest.  This is Kevin's fantastic grandmother, Agnes, who will be 98 in September, holding the Charlie.  You just would never know Agnes' age - she is a go-getter and never sitting still.  She plays with Aubrey, picks up all the toys, is constantly cleaning, and loved holding Charlie.  I think it was mutual love-at-first-sight!

Here is Kevin (left), Ashley with baby Charlie, Liz (Kevin's cousin) and Shane (Kevin's brother-in-law)- the Godparents, and the Priest.  The dress that Charlie is wearing was worn by Shane's daughter, Kate, by Ashley and Kevin's first daughter, Aubrey, and now Charlie. The initials are each embroidered around the bottom of the dress.  It is a very special heirloom.  Charlie was a "perfect angel" during the entire ceremony...she was awake and simply beautiful!  It was a special time for all of us!

Oh the proof is on her face!! She not only ate hers, but ate mine (chocolate) as well.  She had a blast!

It didn't take her long to figure out how to eat the cupcake.  She dove right in!!

It has been a really busy summer.  Work has kept us hopping - we are thrilled with all our clients that see us as their connection between great art and great products.  We have been beyond happy to have our daughter, Ashley, and her husband, Kevin, and our two adorable granddaughters with us for 5-months this summer.
Charlie Caroline was born June 25, 2010, and Aubrey turned two this month.  We went to DC last weekend for Charlie's Christening and to celebrate Aubrey's birthday.  It was such a fun weekend.
